A leftwing Ministry of Justice to give those with an excessive accumulation of communication debts a specialized ODD (Override Debt Directive) assignment. In return for taking an oath to use one’s words to make the world they inhabit a better place, the individual’s debts are reduced by 150%, though if they didn’t follow through, their debts would increase by 150% for not fulfilling their oath.
